Do you have any Retail Locations?
No. Halo Jewelers is strictly an online retailer.
What happens when I place my order?
Once you have placed your order, we begin handcrafting your jewelry. After passing quality control, we ship your order to your chosen shipping address. For our Amara and Iyla collections we do keep in stock inventory, which gets shipped out within 48 hours.
How long will my order take?
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped within 48 hours, while other kinds of products may take about 10-15 business days. Shipping time depends on the shipping method you selected. What shipping methods are available?
All orders, within US, qualify for FREE standard shipping. When you enter the shopping cart page, options for a faster shipping method can be selected.
Do you ship overseas?

What if my Order Delivery was Delayed?
We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstance, while shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays & weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
How do I find my order number?
If you have a Halo Jewelers account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop down menu under your name, There, you can find the order number. If you haven’t created an account, no worries … You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order. Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to the junk/spam folder.
Can I cancel or update my order?
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please inform us as early as you can. Once the order has been processed and production has begun, we cannot cancel orders. Kindly note that our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we will do our best, but we may not be able to cancel or update your order once processed. For special orders and custom orders, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.
Can I change my address?
Reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Keep in mind that our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, therefore we are unable to guarantee the change. Once the order is shipped, Halo Jewelers cannot change the address on our end.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being shipped.
What is your return policy?
We aim for customer satisfaction, but if you need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please review our Returns policy or you can email us directly and it will take you through the process.
What if I receive the wrong item?
We aim for efficiency, but we are only human. If a mistake has been made with your order, please contact service@halojewelers.com, and we will send you the correct item.
How do I receive my refund?
Depending on the return, you could be eligible for a refund on the mode of payment you made or a store credit. Once the product is checked back into our system, the refund process is started. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing of returns and exchanges. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to five business days to appear on your credit card/bank statement.
How much is the return shipping fee?
Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do I add a discount code to my order?
Discount codes can be entered in the Coupon Code field in your Shopping Cart, and they must be applied before the order is submitted. When placing your order, enter the code and click “APPLY”, you will see the total change before you enter your payment details.to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax or shipping charges. Promotions cannot be combined.
Can I enter more than one discount code?
